  6. No Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition for purchasing any insurance product or service.
  7. Compliance: We follow all U.S. 10DLC requirements. You may receive up to  ___ messages per month, depending on your account settings and the campaign’s scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vallario LLC (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
